All images and text contained on this website remain the property of Angelika Schneider and they are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Content may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without express written permission.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order on our website, we will email acknowledgement and receipts to you at the email address provided during the order process.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to accept any order for products received through this website or otherwise.

All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling. Prices shown do not include delivery, packaging or other charges, which will be added to any order you place during the checkout process.

Payment Methods

All payments on this website are processed automatically via Stripe. Stripe offers an industry standard secure on-line payments system. You can use any major credit or debit card to pay via Stripe and can make payments if you do not have an account.

Should you not have a credit card or have a special request regarding the delivery please use the Contact Form to get in touch and to discuss your requirements.

Ordering Books & Prints

By selecting a quantity and clicking on the “Add to Basket” button you can select an item for purchase.  You remain in the Shop but can click on the “View Basket” button to review or cancel items in the Basket, or to calculate shipping costs, or to proceed to purchase by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

In Checkout you can enter billing and shipping addresses, check your order and delivery options and charges. We respect your right to privacy and will only use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You then click on “Proceed to Payment” in order to complete payment by using your credit or debit card via Stripe.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail that we have done so.

Processing & Delivery

Delivery will be to the specified shipping address in the order.

We endeavour to dispatch all print orders within 5 working days of placing an order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you by email to the email address provided during the order process to advise.

Books and Prints are dispatched either by Royal Mail or courier, depending on size.  You will receive an email to the email address provided during the order process to advise when your print has been shipped.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We take pride in our customer service both in the quality of our prints and in the efficiency with which we process orders. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order please contact us via the Contact Form to describe the imperfection(s) within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

Queries & Complaints

Any queries & complaints about products or orders should be sent via the Contact Form on this website.

Applicable Law

All Contracts made between and you shall be governed by the laws of England. You accept that the total liability to you on any matter whatsoever relating to the Contract or on any consequential loss relating to the Contract cannot exceed the total Contract price. Any dispute arising from the Contract must be confirmed by you in writing within 30 days. In the first instance you agree that you and we shall try to reach an amicable settlement via agreement or mediation; if these fail the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
